Tyler J. Caron, Esq. is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida (B.S., Political Science, 2006) and received his law degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida (J.D., 2012).  He further received a Certificate in Business Law as well as a Certificate of Excellence in Legal Research.  While at Florida State University, Mr. Caron was selected to become a member of the prestigious William H. Stafford American Inns of Court and also completed his externship with the Florida Office of the Attorney General in the Economic Crimes division.

A Tampa Bay area native, Mr. Caron is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts as well as the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.  He focuses his practice on commercial business and real estate litigation, creditors’ rights in bankruptcy proceedings, commercial asset recovery, construction litigation, banking law and commercial foreclosures.
